1) To settle membership fees 
2) To pay attention to the renewal of membership and make the appropriate payments as indicated
3) To participate in meetings
4) To submit membership application or notice of withdrawal
5) To notify changes of contact details

The Rights of Helping Hand's Member:

1) To receive the report of the annual general meeting
2) To receive information of the special events
3) The right to vote at the annual general meeting

The benefits of Helping Hand’s Member:

1) Invitation to the Opening Ceremony
2) Invitation to special events
3) Receiving our publications, such as annual reports and leaflets

The Procedure for Confirmation of Membership:

1) New application is required to be approved by the Executive Committee
2) Any approved membership is non-transferable
